Reporting cheaters on russian official forum ?

Of course, all of you know very well that there is a russian official I:SS forum run by a russian localization and distribution company named "Megalabs". Russian forum still has "cheaters' report" section that still works ( at least all reports still gets commented, by the forum administrator Hideki, regarding suspects' fate ).
Maybe this forum members could register accounts on russian forum and report cheaters there ? I can make a detailed guide with screenshots of how to register an account and compose a report without knowing russian language. Composing a report is very easy and they don't demand a detailed description of what has happened. Typing everything in latin letters is ok and short description like "wallhack, aimbot" is also ok.

But I have to add that Hideki is the only person who deal with cheaters' reports and this is not one of his official duties, he does that voluntarily in his spare time after work. So, I don't know how well he would manage drastically increased number of cheaters' reports ( if there will be a drastical increase ). But we can still try, not mentioning that there are no any other cheaters' report places anymore anyway.
